Dr. Peacock provides independent forensic psychiatric consultation to attorneys, government agencies, and organizations throughout Utah. Dr. Peacock evaluates and reports on psychiatric and psycholegal questions arising in civil and criminal matters, offering opinions grounded in the available evidence and professional judgment rather than the interests of the retaining party. He works with both plaintiffs and defendants, and with both prosecution and defense, and does not provide clinical treatment to those he evaluates for forensic cases.
